"Are we allowed to give more than 5 stars? My wife and I met Jennifer through a mutual family friend who knew we were looking to purchase our first home in the Pleasant Hill area. We had never worked with a realtor before and were very new to the house hunting game. Jennifer walked us through everything and very quickly (I mean like within days) had us looking at homes that were exactly what we had told her we were looking for in a dream home. We actually found a home that we loved within about 2 weeks of starting our search and with Jennifer's diligent care felt confident to put an aggressive offer that was accepted, landing us our dream home. Throughout the very quick process, Jennifer was extremely easily accessible by text or phone and went far above and beyond our expectations to ensure we were comfortable with the decisions we were making. My wife and I have pretty busy work schedules and Jennifer was always available to work within our challenging frameworks. She regularly offered to visit the property with contractors, inspectors, etc and we absolutely trusted her to convey the information back and forth between people visiting the home before closing. Above all, Jennifer was calm, honest, and supportive throughout the process. We felt like we had a new (very slightly) older sister on our side. When people ask if the home buying process was stressful, I can honestly tell them it was not because everything was managed so artfully by Jen and the team with whom she works. He even Zoom-called me at times during the process to help go over paperwork and diagram what was being done.
