Karol Llanes joined the Twin Oaks family in December 2020, bringing with her over five years of experience in the Customer Service BPO industry. As the Administrative Manager, Karol plays a crucial role in supporting our agents with various tasks, including account creation, designing and ordering business cards, managing agent profiles on our website, creating signs, and handling postcard orders, among many other responsibilities.
Karol’s dedication to her work and her expertise in administrative tasks ensure that our team runs smoothly and efficiently. She is passionate about helping our agents succeed and is always ready to lend a helping hand.
Outside of work, Karol has a vibrant personality and a love for dance. She is an avid fan of Blackpink and Beyoncé and enjoys incorporating the energy and creativity of her favorite artists into her daily life.
