Era is one of the Transaction Coordinators at Twin Oaks Real Estate, joining the team in February 2023. She brings a wealth of experience from her previous role as a Listing Coordinator and a robust seven-year background in the customer service BPO industry. Era’s diverse professional journey has equipped her with exceptional skills in managing and streamlining complex processes, ensuring that every real estate transaction proceeds seamlessly.
In her current role, she aims to facilitate smooth and efficient real estate transactions by managing all administrative and logistical tasks involved. She ensures that all necessary documents are prepared, reviewed, and approved, coordinates communication among agents, lenders, escrow officers, and clients, and maintains strict compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Her expertise aims to minimize delays, reduce errors, and enhance the overall experience for clients, providing organized and professional support throughout the entire transaction process.
Outside of her professional commitments, Era has a passion for cooking and loves experimenting with new recipes she finds online. She also enjoys singing and is an avid fan of Imagine Dragons.
