Meet Emma
Emma has been a valued member of the Twin Oaks team since August 2021 and is currently working in the role of Operations Assistant. Emma brings a wealth of experience and a passion for excellence to her role. Before joining the real estate industry, Emma honed her skills as a customer care specialist, where she developed a keen understanding of client needs and exceptional service delivery. She then transitioned into real estate, taking on the roles of Transaction Coordinator (TC) and Compliance Officer. In these positions, Emma excelled for almost a year, managing transactions efficiently and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Her outstanding performance led to her move into her current role as an Operations Assistant.
Currently, Emma is pursuing a degree in real estate, aiming to deepen her knowledge and expertise in the field. She is eager to leverage both her academic background and extensive hands-on experience to contribute further to the success of Twin Oaks and its clients.
Outside of her professional life, Emma is an avid animal lover. She shares her home with a delightful menagerie of three female cats, three male cats, and three dogs. Her love for animals reflects her nurturing personality and commitment to caring for those around her, both in her personal and professional life.
